Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to supervise daily restaurant operations.
Experience in handling guest complaints professionally.
Knowledge of food & beverage service standards.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Good command of English (Arabic is an advantage).
