Position: Receptionist

Requirements
Female candidates only
Higher Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications or related field
Minimum 2–3 years experience in a receptionist or front office role
Experience in professional services, consulting or training environment preferred
Native Arabic speaker with excellent written and spoken English
Professional telephone manner and email etiquette
Proficient in Microsoft Office — Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
Familiar with Zoom, Teams and Google Meet
Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask under pressure
Specific Requirements
Saudi national or valid Iqama holder
Familiarity with Saudi business culture
Awareness of Vision 2030 context
