Real Estate & Residential Compound Management
A well-established real estate company is seeking qualified and experienced candidates to join its team for the operation, maintenance, and management of residential compounds in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.
Available Positions
Position Vacancies
Facilities & Maintenance Supervisor - 2
Painter - 1
Building Electrician - 2
Plumber -1
Cleaning Staff (Male or Female) 5
Total Vacancies 11
Requirements
* Previous experience in residential compounds, property maintenance, or facility management is preferred.
* Relevant technical skills and practical experience for the position applied for.
* Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and teamwork.
* Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and maintenance.
* Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
* For Supervisors: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in facilities management, maintenance supervision, and housekeeping operations. English communication skills are preferred.
