Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor / Estimator specializing in civil works to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant experience in quantity take-offs, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and tender pricing for civil construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and material quantity calculations from drawings and specifications.
• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for civil works.
• Estimate project costs, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor expenses.
• Prepare tender documents, quotations, and cost breakdowns.
• Analyze construction drawings, technical specifications, and contract documents.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, procurement, and site teams.
• Monitor project costs and assist in preparing variations and cost reports.
• Ensure estimates are accurate, competitive, and submitted within deadlines.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in civil construction estimation and quantity surveying.
• Strong knowledge of civil works, including earthworks, excavation, backfilling, concrete, reinforcement, formwork, and finishing works.
• Experience in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and tendering.
• Ability to read and interpret civil engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Preference for a KSA driving license holder
