Qualification and Experience : Diploma/Graduate Engineer preferably Civil or Mechanical 8+ years experience
 Subcontractor billing and certification
 Quantity estimation for Client billing and PMS
 Reconciliation of Various Project items
 Quantity take-off
 Cost estimation for Subcontractor Rate references
 Preparation of RFQ documents
