๐ข We're Hiring Quantity Survey & Invoices Engineer
Experience
8โ10 years of relevant experience.
Proven experience in infrastructure contractor projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Strong background in Quantity Surveying.
Experience in preparing Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs).
Responsibilities
Prepare quantity take-offs.
Verify BOQ quantities.
Prepare monthly invoices.
Prepare subcontractor payment certificates.
Track executed quantities.
Prepare variation orders.
Monitor project costs.
Perform material reconciliation.
Coordinate with the Planning and Finance departments.
Maintain accurate quantity records.
Support the Commercial Department.
Prepare final accounts.
Required Skills
Quantity Surveying
Cost Control
IPC Preparation
Variation Orders
Advanced Microsoft Excel
Good knowledge of AutoCAD
BOQ Analysis
General Requirements
Previous experience in roads and infrastructure projects is mandatory.
Experience in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
Experience with NHC, NWC, SEC, municipalities, or other government clients is an advantage.
Strong understanding of utility coordination and multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
Fluency in Arabic is mandatory. Only Arabic-speaking candidates are eligible to apply.
Immediate availability or a transferable Iqama is preferred.
