Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Control Manager to lead and manage all quality control activities in Dammam. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with project specifications, Saudi Aramco standards, and industry best practices. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing the Project Quality Management System
- Managing and supervising QC personnel and quality-related activities
- Ensuring compliance with Saudi Aramco standards and contractual requirements
- Reviewing and approving quality documents and procedures
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, valid Saudi Council of Engineers registration, and Saudi Aramco Approved QC Supervisor certification. A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in construction, EPC, or infrastructure projects is required, along with strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards and Quality Management Systems. Excellent communication and leadership skills are also essential.
