QC Engineer – Ready-Mix Concrete

I am a QC Engineer and Ready-Mix Concrete Specialist with 5+ years of experience in batch plant operations, concrete production, and construction materials testing across Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Experienced in mix design verification, batching accuracy, raw material inspection, concrete sampling and testing, slump, temperature, air content, unit weight, cube preparation, 7 & 28-day compressive strength, QC reports, NCRs, and corrective actions in accordance with ASTM standards and project specifications.

I have worked on major projects including Sajaya Al Mashriqiya – 5,000 Villas Project in Janadriyah, Riyadh Metro Project, Janadriyah Villas, and Yas Acres in Abu Dhabi. Experienced in coordinating with consultants, contractors, laboratories, site engineers, and production teams to maintain concrete quality and resolve quality issues. Currently based in Saudi Arabia with a valid and transferable Iqama and available for suitable opportunities.
