Description
Position: QA/QC Engineer (Construction)
Location: Riyadh, KSA
Reports to: Project Manager / QA-QC Manager
Responsibilities:
●Develop and implement Project Quality Plan, ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans) and QC procedures;
●Conduct incoming material inspection, weld/structural/civil inspections and hold-point releases;
●Review material submittals, mill certificates and vendor QC documentation;
●Maintain NCR (non-conformance report) system: raise, track and close NCRs with root-cause analysis;
●Coordinate third-party inspections and client/consultant witnessing points;
●Prepare quality records, handover documentation and as-built QC dossiers;
●Support ISO 9001 internal audits and continual improvement.
Requirements:
●Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering (full-time);
●Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in construction projects; experience with Aramco, NEOM, Qiddiya or other major KSA/gulf projects strongly preferred;
●Familiar with international standards (ASTM, BS/EN, AWS) and contract specs;
●CSWIP, NDE/NDT or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certifications are advantages;
●English as primary working language; Arabic is a plus;
●Nationality: open; transferable iqama preferred.
