China Railway 18 Bureau is looking for an experienced QA Manager to lead and oversee quality assurance activities for prestigious high-rise building and 4/5-star hotel construction projects. We are seeking a highly qualified professional with a proven track record in implementing and managing Quality Management Systems (QMS) on large-scale construction projects.
🎈✔Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 15+ years of experience in Quality Assurance within the construction industry.
At least 80% of total experience must be in high-rise building construction projects.
Proven experience in 4/5-star hotel construction projects is mandatory.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) and international construction quality standards.
Experience working with consultants, clients, and international contractors.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Candidates who do not meet the mandatory high-rise building and hotel experience requirements will not be considered.
🎈✔Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management System (QMS).
Prepare, review, and approve Project Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and quality procedures.
Ensure all construction activities comply with project specifications, contract requirements, international standards, and client expectations.
Lead internal quality audits and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and company quality procedures.
Monitor Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), corrective actions, and preventive actions to ensure timely closure.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams on all quality assurance matters.
Review and approve material submittals, technical documentation, and quality records.
Lead quality training and awareness programs for project staff.
Monitor project quality performance and prepare quality reports for senior management.
Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality performance across the project.
