Purchasing Officer

Finetool Saudi Arabia for Plastic is looking for an experienced Purchasing Officer to join our team.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably in the plastic manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of raw materials, plastic resins, packaging materials, spare parts, and production-related supplies.
- Good negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Ability to compare quotations, evaluate suppliers, and control purchasing costs.
- Experience in purchase orders, inventory coordination, and delivery follow-up.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
- Good communication English and Arabic skills.
- Age 25 - 35 years old.
- Salary 5000 - 7000 SAR.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery.
- Negotiate prices and payment terms with suppliers.
- Prepare and process purchase orders.
- Follow up on deliveries and ensure materials are available on time.
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Finance, and other departments.
- Maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
- Monitor market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities.
