PROJECT PROCUREMENT MANAGER - ARAMCO PROJECT

We are looking for an Aramco-Approved Project Procurement Manager with strong experience in EPC and construction projects.

Requirements:

Aramco approval is mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field.
8+ years of experience in project procurement.
Strong experience in Aramco/EPC projects.
Proven experience in procurement planning, sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
Experience handling project materials, equipment, subcontractors, and services.
Strong knowledge of Saudi suppliers and procurement procedures.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
Available to work in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete procurement cycle for assigned projects.
Develop and implement project procurement plans.
Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Project Management, and Finance teams.
Manage vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Negotiate prices, contracts, and commercial terms.
Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, and material schedules.
Ensure procurement activities meet project cost, quality, and schedule requirements.
