🏭 We're Hiring: Production Manager
📍 Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia
🏢 ISM PREFAB (Ibrahim S. Al Moawi & Partner Trading & Contracting Co.)
ISM Prefab is looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our factory operations and drive efficiency across our prefabrication and LGS (Light Gauge Steel) production lines.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee daily factory production operations and ensure output targets are met
✅ Plan, schedule, and monitor production workflows for LGS and prefab units
✅ Manage and supervise factory workforce, including foremen and line staff
✅ Ensure quality control standards are maintained across all production stages
✅ Coordinate with procurement, project, and site teams to align material supply with production schedules
✅ Implement and enforce safety protocols and HSE compliance on the factory floor
✅ Monitor equipment maintenance and minimize production downtime
✅ Report on production KPIs, costs, and efficiency to management
Requirements:
🔹 Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Production Engineering (or related field)
🔹 5+ years' experience in factory/production management, preferably in prefab, LGS, steel, or construction manufacturing
🔹 Strong leadership and team management skills
🔹 Solid understanding of production planning, lean manufacturing, and quality control
🔹 Familiarity with Saudi labor law and factory safety regulations
🔹 Fluent in Arabic and English (preferred)
