MANPOWER REQUIREMENT – PRODUCTION MANAGER
Position: Production Manager
Industry: Plastic Manufacturing Factory
Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia
Experience: Minimum 5 years and above of relevant experience in KSA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of proven experience as a Production Manager in a plastic manufacturing factory in Saudi Arabia.
Strong knowledge of plastic production processes, manufacturing operations, and production planning.
Proven experience in managing and supervising production teams, workers, and overall factory operations.
Ability to monitor and achieve daily and monthly production targets.
Knowledge of quality control, production efficiency, waste reduction, and cost control.
Experience in production planning, scheduling, manpower allocation, and machine utilization.
Ability to identify and resolve production issues and minimize machine downtime and production losses.
Strong knowledge of HSE requirements and factory safety procedures.
Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
