A leading manufacturer of Fluid Control Systems, Positioners and Electro-Hydraulic Actuator. The company has excelled over the years in developing highly engineered products to meet the fast-paced technological demands of the process industry. Looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead operations at our manufacturing facility in the Dammam Industrial Area.
About the Role
You will oversee all manufacturing operations at our production facility. The ideal candidate brings a strong engineering background and a proven track record of managing production lines, optimizing efficiency, and maintaining rigorous quality standards. Experience in the manufacturing of valves and actuators is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
• Direct daily production activities to meet delivery schedules.
• Optimize manufacturing processes for maximum efficiency and minimum waste.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage and mentor production supervisors and floor staff.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement product design updates.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and resource allocation planning.
• Track and report on key production metrics and KPIs.
Qualifications & Skills
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.
• Experience: 10 to 15 years in manufacturing plant management.
• Expertise: Deep knowledge of valve and actuator manufacturing processes preferred.
• Residency: Must hold a transferable Iqama (for non-Saudi candidates).
• Languages: Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop technical teams.
• Technical: Strong understanding of lean manufacturing and production scheduling.
