Description
Supports strategic sourcing and procurement for civil and architectural packages within a hospitality construction environment. Coordinates with engineering, commercial, and site teams to ensure materials and subcontract packages are technically compliant, cost-effective, and delivered on time.
Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Experience in procurement for hotels, high-end buildings, fit-out, civil, or architectural packages.
• Strong ability to review specifications, compare offers, negotiate with suppliers, and manage procurement documentation.
• KSA hospitality project experience is an advantage.
