**WE ARE HIRING – PRICING & OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE**
**Industry:** Freight Forwarding & Logistics
**Location:** Saudi Arabia
**Experience:** 5–10 Years in Saudi Arabia
We are looking for an experienced **Pricing & Operations Executive** with strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian freight forwarding and logistics market.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Obtain and negotiate competitive freight rates from shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and overseas agents.
* Prepare accurate quotations for **Sea Freight, Air Freight, Land Transportation, FCL, LCL, Import and Export shipments**.
* Coordinate day-to-day freight forwarding operations from booking until final delivery.
* Follow up with carriers, agents, customers, customs brokers, and transport companies.
* Handle shipping documentation, bookings, BL/AWB requirements, customs-related coordination, and shipment tracking.
* Monitor vessel/flight schedules and provide timely shipment updates to customers.
* Maintain good relationships with shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, and local vendors.
* Support the sales team with competitive pricing and routing options.
* Control operational costs and ensure profitability of each shipment.
**Candidate Requirements:**
* Minimum **5–10 years of freight forwarding experience in Saudi Arabia**.
* Strong knowledge of Saudi logistics, ports, customs procedures, and freight market.
* Good experience in both **Pricing and Operations**.
* Strong network with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and freight agents.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Good knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and freight forwarding documentation.
* Ability to work independently and handle multiple shipments simultaneously.
* English communication is essential; Arabic will be an advantage.
**Preferred Candidate:**
Someone who can independently manage pricing enquiries and operational coordination while maintaining strong service levels and cost control.
