Description
Position: Inventory Controller
Location: Jeddah
Job Summary:
Responsible for controlling restaurant inventory, maintaining accurate stock records, reducing wastage, and ensuring proper stock movement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor daily food, beverage, and packaging stock.
• Conduct stock counts and reconcile variances.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO and monitor expiry dates.
• Control wastage, damages, shortages, and discrepancies.
• Verify receiving and stock transfers.
• Monitor food cost and stock consumption.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Warehouse, Procurement, and Finance.
• Prepare daily and monthly inventory reports.
Requirements:
• Diploma/bachelor’s in supply chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of inventory experience, preferably in restaurants/F&B.
• Good knowledge of Excel and ERP/POS systems.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
