Plant Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and responsible medical waste plant supervisor to join our team in Sudair.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations of the medical waste treatment plant.
Ensure proper collection, handling, segregation, treatment, and disposal of medical waste.
Manage and supervise plant operators and workers.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational procedures.
Monitor plant equipment and report maintenance requirements.
Maintain daily operational records and reports.
Coordinate with management, clients, and relevant authorities when required.
Ensure workplace safety and proper use of PPE.

Requirements:

Previous experience in medical waste, hazardous waste, environmental services, or a similar plant operation is preferred.
Supervisory/management experience.
Good communication and team-management skills.
Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental procedures.
Willing to work in Sudair.

💰 Salary: SAR 5,000/month
Accomodation & transportation Provided, OT depends on hours worked
