I am a Planning Engineer with over 7+ years of experience in construction and maintenance planning, scheduling, and project controls across high-rise buildings, infrastructure and geotechnical ( piling ). I also have valuable experience working on "SEVEN"- "NEOM" & "MODA" projects and EPC contracts, where I contributed to effective project execution and control.
✅ Core Skills & Expertise:
Proficient in Primavera P6,AUTOCAD, ACONEX and Excel (advance).
Preparation of baseline programs, revised schedules, and recovery plans.
Supportive Delay analysis using methods such as Impacted As-Planned, Window Analysis, Time Impact.
Project progress monitoring, preparation of weekly/monthly reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
Resource and cost loading, cash flow and S-curve development.
Coordination with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution.
Strong knowledge of EPC contracts and claims support.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering(attested)
