Position: Permit Receiver
Location: Saudi Arabia
Salary : 2500-3000 + FAT free (Transfer basis)

Job Responsibilities
Receive and manage Permit to Work (PTW) for site activities.
Coordinate with Operations, Construction, HSE, and the Permit Issuer.
Ensure all work permits are valid and approved before work begins.
Verify that Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and risk assessments are available and followed.
Ensure all permit conditions and safety requirements are implemented at the work site.
Conduct site inspections before and during work execution.
Stop work immediately if unsafe conditions are identified.
Maintain accurate permit records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco and company HSE procedures.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 3โ5 years of experience as a Permit Receiver in Oil & Gas, EPC, or Industrial projects.
Good knowledge of the Permit to Work (PTW) system and HSE requirements.
Ability to read P&IDs, method statements, and JSA documents.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Saudi Aramco project experience is preferred.
