We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team in Khobar. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing payroll cycles, data management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and tax regulations. Key responsibilities include:
- Executing weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payroll cycles using Microsoft Excel and ZenHR
- Verifying employee timesheets, calculating bonuses and overtime, and updating benefits deductions
- Maintaining payroll records and assisting employees with direct deposit setups or wage corrections
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or Accounts, with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar position in an oil and gas contracting company. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel, are essential.
