5β7 years experience | Bread, fermentation, croissant & French viennoiserie
β’ Bakery Commis β 1 Position
1β3 years experience | Basic bakery & viennoiserie knowledge
β’ Pastry Commis β 2 Positions
1β3 years experience | Basic pastry, creams, mousse, sponge & finishing
β’ Pastry CDP / Cake Artist β 1 Position
4β6 years experience | Professional cake decoration & finishing
β’ Breakfast Commis β 1 Position
1β3 years experience | Basic breakfast preparation, plating & order execution
WORK DETAILS:
