💼 Position: Pastry & Sweets Maker
📍 Location: Riyadh
🌍 Nationality: India, Nepal & Pakistan
✅ Experience: Minimum 1 year as a pastry / sweets maker
💰 Salary: Negotiable
🪪 Iqama: Transferable
🏠 Accommodation: Provided
🚌 Transportation: Provided
📝 Role & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake pastries, cakes, cookies and traditional and Arabic sweets according to recipes and daily production plans
- Prepare doughs, batters, creams, fillings, syrups and toppings
- Decorate, garnish and present products to a high standard
- Maintain consistent quality, taste, portion size and appearance
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Keep the workstation, equipment and tools clean and organised
- Check ingredient stock and storage, and report shortages
- Reduce waste and use ingredients efficiently
- Work with the kitchen and bakery team to meet daily orders and deadlines
