Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and understand their uniform requirements
Sell school uniforms and corporate uniforms as per customer needs
Explain fabric quality, sizes, customization options (embroidery/printing), and pricing
Take accurate measurements when required
Prepare sales orders, quotations, and invoices
Coordinate with production/embroidery/printing departments for custom orders
Maintain proper display and cleanliness of the outlet
Manage stock availability and inform management about low stock items
Handle cash/card payments and maintain daily sales records
Follow company policies and maintain professional behavior at all times
Requirements:
Previous experience in garment or uniform sales preferred
Basic knowledge of sizes, fabrics, and fitting
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer knowledge (POS, invoicing, or Excel is an advantage)
Honest, punctual, and well-presented
