OPPORTUNITY FOR INDEPENDENT PROJECT PARTNERS
Location: Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia
Company: Leading EPC & Construction Firm (Name Confidential)
We are seeking experienced Independent Commission-Based Partners to source and bring immediate-start Civil & ELV construction projects to our firm within the Eastern Province.
Target Project Value: SAR 5 Million – SAR 10 Million
Project Status: Projects must have immediate availability to start / mobilize.
Scope of Work We Cover:
Civil Construction:
Earthworks, Excavation & Backfilling
Site Grading, Cutting & Asphalt Works
Concrete Works & Foundations
Water Pipeline & Infrastructure Works
Security & Perimeter Fencing Works
ELV Systems:
CCTV & Video Surveillance Systems
Access Control Systems
Security & Intrusion Alarm Systems
Public Address (PA) Systems
Structured Cabling & IT Networking Infrastructure
Partner Requirements:
Proven local network and track record in project sourcing within the Eastern Province.
Access to active/awarded projects ready for immediate execution with reputable clients/organizations (strong payment history required).
Immediate availability to engage and facilitate project award.
High level of professional conduct and ability to represent our firm positively.
Engagement Terms:
This is a Commission / Incentive-Based Partnership only. No fixed salary or employment contract is offered.
Commission structure will be mutually agreed upon prior to project award and released upon client milestone payments.
Partners with consistent delivery may be considered for long-term association with our organization.
