1. Operations Supervisor – Manpower Supply
Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
Job Description:
Coordinate daily manpower supply and workforce deployment activities.
Understand client requirements and coordinate the mobilisation of suitable technical and non-technical personnel.
Coordinate with recruitment teams, clients, site supervisors, and project management teams.
Monitor workforce attendance, deployment schedules, replacements, and client requirements.
Ensure the timely mobilisation of manpower in accordance with client requirements.
Maintain manpower deployment records, attendance reports, timesheets, and operational documentation.
Coordinate with HR and administrative teams regarding employee documentation, onboarding, and mobilisation.
Monitor client satisfaction and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
Conduct regular client and project-site visits to ensure service quality.
Prepare periodic operational reports and update management on manpower deployment and performance.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
Relevant experience in manpower supply, workforce outsourcing, or labour contracting in Saudi Arabia.
Understanding of technical manpower categories, including QC, HSE, WPR, scaffolding, and other skilled trades.
