• Minimum 15 Years Experience and 5 Years with Current Position
• MANAGING SCAFFOLDING OPERATIONS
• PROFIT & LOSS MANAGEMENT
• WOKRING WITH COMPITITORS LIKE ARABIAN FALL, MANAR OMRAN, AYTB ETC.
• RESOURCE MANAGEMENT MANPOWER AND EQUIPMENT
• MATERIALS KNOWLEDGE M CAPEX AND UTILZIATION OF MATERIALS
• MATERIAL REFURBISHMENT
• Productivity norms and internal standards knowledge
• Safety and quality awareness within kingdom affiliate like sabic, Aramco, rabigh, sec etc.
• Team Building and Crises Management
• Contracts managements
• Good Communication and reporting skills
