Operations Manager – Logistics & Last Mile Delivery

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our logistics and last-mile delivery operations in Abha, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing delivery fleets, supervisors, and drivers, with a strong focus on achieving high operational performance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Managing day-to-day logistics and last-mile delivery operations
- Leading and supervising operations supervisors and delivery drivers
- Monitoring and improving key performance indicators such as on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
- Ensuring efficient fleet utilization and workforce planning

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or last-mile delivery operations, including at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong leadership and team management skills, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, and excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities are also required.
