Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and optimize all operational activities across the organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in steel fabrication, pressure vessels, storage tanks, skid fabrication, pipe spool fabrication, and pre-engineered buildings (PEB). The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, increasing productivity, controlling costs, maintaining quality standards, and achieving business objectives through effective leadership and strategic planning.

• Oversee end-to-end manufacturing and operational processes to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business goals.

Production & Manufacturing
• Manage fabrication operations involving:
o Steel Structures (AWS D1.1)
o Pressure Vessels (ASME)
o Storage Tanks (API Standards)
o Skids Fabrication
o Pipe Spool Fabrication
o Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB)
• Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, materials, and resources.
• Lead plant setup, expansion projects, and machinery installation activities.
Procurement & Supply Chain
• Oversee procurement planning, vendor development, and supplier performance management.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements to achieve cost savings.

• Manage recruitment, workforce planning, training, and performance evaluations.
• Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for departments and employees.
