WE ARE HIRING OFFICE MANAGER
Company: TSME Engineering & Construction Co.
Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia
Employment: Full-Time
TSME is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and support our growing engineering, construction, and industrial services business.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage office administration and daily operations.
* Coordinate HR, recruitment, attendance, and employee records.
* Follow up on government documentation, licenses, renewals, and compliance activities.
* Coordinate with finance, procurement, project teams, and business development.
* Monitor departmental activities, deadlines, and management action items.
* Prepare correspondence, meeting minutes, MIS reports, and management presentations.
* Supervise document control, office assets, facilities, and administrative procedures.
* Report directly to the CEO.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia.

* Strong English communication; Arabic is an advantage.
* Excellent MS Office, reporting, coordination, and organizational skills.
