Architectural Designer
Experience: Minimum 2 years in architectural concepts, layout planning, and 3D space design.
Key Responsibilities: Develop creative architectural layouts, prepare detailed visual models, coordinate with technical teams, and produce design presentations.
Architect
Experience: Minimum 2 years in architectural design, spatial planning, and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
Key Responsibilities: Develop structural concepts, prepare detailed technical drawings, coordinate project blueprints, and oversee design compliance.
E-Marketing Specialist
Experience: Minimum 2 years in digital marketing, social media campaigns, and SEO/SEM strategies.
Key Responsibilities: Drive online engagement, manage content strategies, optimize ad campaigns, and analyze performance metrics.
Finance Architect
Experience: Minimum 2 years in financial modeling, budgeting, and financial system design.
Key Responsibilities: Structure financial plans, evaluate risk, optimize budget workflows, and support strategic growth.
3D Designer
Experience: Minimum 2 years in 3D modeling, rendering, and visual design.
Key Responsibilities: Create high-quality 3D assets, realistic rendering, and collaborative visual concepts.
Requirements:
Must be locally based and available for immediate local hiring/transfer.
Proven portfolio or track record demonstrating relevant experience.
