Description
Position: Senior HVAC Technician
Location: Al Ahsa, Saudi Arabia
Salary Package:
Basic Salary: SAR 2,200
Food Allowance: SAR 300
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.
Strong experience in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of:
Fan Coil Units (FCU)
Air Handling Units (AHU)
Split Air Conditioning Systems
Window Air Conditioning Units
Good knowledge of chiller systems, including operation, maintenance, and fault diagnosis.
Ability to identify, analyse, and determine the root cause of HVAC system failures and implement effective corrective actions.
Capable of leading and supervising a team of three (3) technicians assigning daily tasks, and monitoring work performance.
Good command of the English language (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Computer literacy, including the ability to prepare reports, update maintenance records, and communicate through email and MS Office applications.
Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices and adherence to safety procedures.
