π΄ 1. RESTAURANT OPERATIONS MANAGER
β’ 10+ years restaurant experience
β’ Strong track record in increasing sales & profitability
β’ Able to manage complete restaurant operations
β’ Staff training, leadership & performance management
β’ Inventory, purchasing & cost/expense control
β’ Sales forecasting, planning & execution
β’ KPI & performance monitoring
β’ Arabic & English required
β’ Must be able to work under pressure and deliver results
π₯ 2. MASTER GRILL / TURKISH CHEF
β’ Expert in BBQ, charcoal & different grilling techniques
β’ Strong Turkish grill experience
β’ Adana, Shish Kebab, Kofta, Tawook & mixed grills
β’ Meat preparation, marination & seasoning
β’ Able to prepare appetizers & starters
β’ Strong food presentation & portion control
π 3. BROAST & SHAWAYA CHEF
β’ Expert in crispy Broast
β’ Must know Shami Shawaya / grilled chicken
β’ Strong chicken marination & frying skills
β’ Expert in sauces, dips & dressings
