We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Purchasing Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for buying the high-quality materials and services our company needs to run smoothly every day. You will compare prices, talk with suppliers, and make sure our orders arrive on time as per company policy.
Responsibilities:
Research and find reliable new suppliers and vendors. Compare prices and negotiate the best deals for the company. Track orders and ensure they arrive safely and on time. Keep accurate records of items bought, prices, and delivery dates.
Requirements:
High school diploma or a degree in business or supply chain management.
Previous experience working as a purchasing officer for 3 years
Strong math skills and have strong conection with the suppliers.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Good problem-solving skills and a strong eye for detail.
