Job Vacancy: MEP Project Sales Engineer
Location: Dammam / Al Khobar / Jubail, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia
Experience: 1–2 years in the Saudi Arabian market
Industry: MEP Projects, Trading & Contracting
Job Description
We are looking for a capable and proactive MEP Sales Engineer who can identify new MEP project opportunities, develop customer relationships, and generate business for our Trading & Contracting division in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify upcoming and ongoing MEP projects in the Eastern Province.
• Develop business with MEP contractors, EPC contractors, consultants, and developers.
• Generate project leads for mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting works.
• Visit project sites and meet clients, consultants, and procurement teams.
• Identify project requirements and follow up on tenders, RFQs, and quotations.
• Coordinate with the technical and estimation teams to prepare proposals.
• Build and maintain a strong customer network in the Saudi market.
• Follow up on negotiations and convert project opportunities into purchase orders or contracts.
Candidate Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Good knowledge of MEP projects and the local contracting market.
• Ability to identify project opportunities and generate new business independently.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Valid Saudi driving license preferred.
Preferred: Candidates with an existing network among MEP contractors, consultants, and project procurement teams in the Eastern Province.
Salary: Negotiable, based on experience, with performance-based incentives where applicable.
