We Are MEP Contractor and we are Hiring for our new 5 start hotel project in Al Khobar
Role Description
(The Mechanical Forman -full-time, on-site role based in Al Khobar)
• supervising mechanical crews,
• planning daily tasks, and coordinating resources to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule,
• according to project requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing installation, repair, and maintenance activities,
• inspecting work quality and providing technical guidance to team members.
• assigning duties, monitoring the use of heavy equipment
• resolving site issues and communicating progress and challenges to project management.
• Collaborates with other disciplines on site, enforces safety procedures, and supports continuous improvement of workflows and standards.
Qualifications
• Candidates should have 5-7 years of experience in the construction and contracting field, with strong organizational skills and experience in handling.
• Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, task allocation, and performance monitoring.
• Candidates should possess experience working with Heavy Equipment and mechanical tools in construction or industrial environments.
• Candidates should possess clear Communication skills for coordinating with crews, management, and other site stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess practical Carpentry and general construction skills relevant to mechanical installations and structural supports.
• Candidates should possess Maintenance skills for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical systems and equipment.
• Candidates should have knowledge of workplace safety practices, local regulations, and safe equipment operation.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and reliability in meeting project deadlines.
• Candidates should ideally have prior experience in a mechanical foreman or similar supervisory role, with relevant technical training or certification.
