Description
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer with proven experience in Cluster 2 airport projects in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in generator installation, testing, commissioning, operation, and maintenance, along with excellent knowledge of mechanical systems in airport facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of diesel generator systems.
Coordinate generator-related works with electrical, civil, and MEP teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Review mechanical drawings, technical specifications, and method statements related to generator installations.
Monitor project progress and ensure all works comply with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance for generator systems.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and maintain project documentation.
Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code, manufacturer recommendations, and applicable international standards.
Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities for airport facilities.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience, including experience on Cluster 2 Airport projects in Saudi Arabia.
Hands-on experience with generator installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of airport infrastructure and utility systems.
Knowledge of international standards and safety regulations.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
Immediate joining candidates will be given preference.
