I am Mohammed Rizwan, a Mechanical Engineer with over 9 years of experience in HVAC construction, testing & commissioning, and QA/QC, including more than 5 years of Gulf experience across Saudi Arabia and India.

Most recently, I worked with CRCC in Jeddah on the KAIA Aircraft Maintenance Hangars Project as an HVAC Testing & Commissioning Engineer. My responsibilities included **TAB activities for HVAC ductwork and chilled-water piping systems, equipment performance verification, functional testing, BMS coordination, and ensuring systems complied with project specifications and applicable ASHRAE, NFPA, ASPE, and IPC standards.**

My professional background also includes HVAC, plumbing, firefighting systems, MEP coordination, testing & commissioning, and mechanical QA/QC. I have hands-on experience with AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, MAUs, chilled-water systems, ductwork, BMS/DDC integration, TAB, inspection activities, and commissioning documentation.
