Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional to handle Marketing and Business Development for Civil, Electro-Mechanical, Operation & Maintenance, Manpower & Equipment Rental services on target basis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve quarterly and yearly business development targets and expand company's presence across Saudi Arabia.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with direct clients such as SABIC & Affiliates, ARAMCO, Ma'aden, SWCC, Marafiq, etc.
• Identify, tap, and secure multimillion SAR projects and long-term contracts.
• Build and leverage strong network with major EPC contractors.
• Conduct market research, identify new business opportunities and prepare business proposals.
• Extensive travel across Saudi Arabia for client meetings and business expansion.
Requirements:
• Qualification: MBA or Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (Engineering / Business Management preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 10+ years in Business Development / Marketing within Industrial / Contracting sector in KSA
• Must have proven track record in handling multimillion projects.
• Must have strong existing relations with SABIC, ARAMCO, Ma'aden, and leading EPC companies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Valid Saudi Driving License and transferable Iqama preferred.
