Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Executive role based at our office in Al Khobar, combining both online digital marketing and outdoor field visits. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, versatile, and result-oriented professional responsible for driving business growth, increasing brand awareness, and generating active business leads for our security and automation solutions.
Daily Responsibilities:

Field Marketing: Conduct outdoor marketing visits to various sectors, meet corporate clients, and present our security solutions (CCTV, Access Control, Smart Automation) to generate direct business leads.
Digital Marketing: Manage company social media platforms, create engaging content, and run online promotional campaigns to enhance our digital presence.
Client & Lead Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and prospective B2B/B2C clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, identify new market segments, and suggest creative marketing strategies tailored to the KSA market.
Reporting: Prepare and submit regular updates on marketing campaigns and sales lead tracking to the management.
Qualifications:

Nationality / Residency: Saudi Nationals are highly preferred. Applications from Arab expatriates (such as Egyptian, Syrian, Lebanese, Jordanian, or Yemeni nationals) with a valid, transferable Iqama and immediate joining availability are also welcome.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in Arabic and strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) to professionally interact with clients.
Driving License: A valid Saudi Driving License is highly preferred for conducting field and outdoor client visits.
Marketing Skills: 1–3 years of experience combining outdoor sales/field marketing and social media content creation.
Professionalism: Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor in client-facing roles.
Computer Literacy: Basic computer proficiency (emails, Microsoft Office, spreadsheets) and familiarity with basic digital design or social media tools.
