📢 JOB VACANCY – MANPOWER COORDINATOR
Position: Manpower Coordinator
Location: Saudi Arabia
Salary: SAR 2,000/month
Iqama: Transferable Iqama required
Experience: Manpower coordination / construction or contracting experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily manpower deployment and attendance.
Prepare and maintain manpower lists, timesheets, and related records.
Coordinate worker mobilization, demobilization, and site transfers.
Follow up on gate passes, safety inductions, medicals, and other site requirements.
Coordinate with site supervisors, HR, HSE, and clients regarding manpower requirements.
Monitor worker availability and ensure timely deployment.
Prepare daily/weekly manpower reports.
Handle basic documentation and administrative coordination.
Requirements:
Transferable Iqama.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple manpower requirements.
Construction/contracting or manpower-supply experience will be an advantage.
💰 Salary: SAR 2,000 per month
