We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Manpower Business Development Manager to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the manpower and staffing industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors.
Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close new business deals.
Prepare commercial proposals and quotations.
Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in manpower supply or staffing business development.
Strong network within the construction, industrial, oil & gas, or facility management sectors.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
