Maintenance Supervisor To Work In Hotel

A hotel group in Jeddah is looking for a qualified Maintenance Supervisor to support maintenance operations across multiple hotel locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities.
Perform and oversee general maintenance, architectural repairs, and finishing works.
Follow up on maintenance requests and ensure timely completion.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, buildings, and public areas.
Coordinate with contractors and suppliers and follow up on technical works.
Identify spare parts and maintenance supply requirements.
Monitor recurring faults and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare periodic maintenance and facility condition reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
Minimum 5 years of practical maintenance experience.
Hotel or hospitality maintenance experience is highly preferred.
Good knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance.
Hands-on experience in general repairs and finishing works.
Ability to coordinate with contractors and suppliers.
Valid driving license.
CMMS experience is an advantage.
Willing and able to work across multiple hotel locations.
Age not exceeding 30 years, subject to company recruitment requirements.
