Description
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering within manufacturing, industrial, refinery, petrochemical, or process plants.
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) for planning, scheduling, execution, and maintenance reporting
- Excellent knowledge of mechanical equipment including pumps, compressors, motors, and other plant machinery
- Ability to develop preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime
- Strong understanding of root cause analysis, reliability engineering, and maintenance best practices
The successful candidate will be able to lead and supervise maintenance teams, contractors, and have experience in planning shutdowns, turnarounds, and major maintenance activities.
