Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent
5+ years of experience in building civil/architectural maintenance, audits & inspections
Experience in design, construction, or inspection preferred
Proficiency in AutoCAD & Microsoft Office
Knowledge of building codes and maintenance best practices
Experience with SAP/Maximo/CMMS is desirable
Knowledge of LEED/USGBC preferred
Excellent English communication skills
