Looking for Warehouse Incharge/Keeper

Position: Warehouse Incharge
Location: (Jeddah/Riyadh/Dammam)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day‑to‑day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.

Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.

Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of materials.

Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment.

Monitor warehouse staff performance and allocate tasks effectively.

Implement safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.

Optimize space utilization and improve operational efficiency.

Prepare daily/weekly reports on stock levels, movements, and discrepancies.


Requirements

Proven experience as Warehouse Incharge / Supervisor.

Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures.

Ability to lead and motivate a team.

Good communication (English,Arabic,Hindi,Tamil, Malayalam - Preferred) and coordination skills.

Deep computer skills (MS Excel, ERP knowledge).

Physically fit and able to handle warehouse activities.


Preferred Qualifications

Minimum 3 Years Experience in Trading / Logistics industry.

Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and compliance.
