Looking for Senior Barista

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Barista and Pastry Artisan to join our hotel team in Al-Baha. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in delivering exceptional guest experiences in luxury hospitality settings. Key responsibilities will include crafting premium espresso and filter coffee, baking daily fresh artisan pastries, and preparing sophisticated breakfast plates.

The successful candidate will be required to maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards, manage inventory efficiently, and creatively incorporate local ingredients into modern menu offerings. Some key tasks include:
- Mastering Latte Art and daily grinder calibration
- Preparing high-end breakfast items for the hotel buffet and à la carte menu
- Maintaining HACCP standards and efficient inventory management

To be considered for this role, applicants should have 5+ years of experience in 4/5-star hotels or high-end specialty cafes/bakeries, be certified in Barista skills or Pastry/Culinary Arts, and possess excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
