Job Summary:
Responsible for generating sales, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, construction companies, and existing customers. Ensures customer requirements are met while achieving sales targets and coordinating with operations for timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
-Identify and develop new customers.
-Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
-Prepare quotations and negotiate contracts.
-Coordinate orders and deliveries with operations.
-Achieve monthly sales targets.
-Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
-Maintain high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
-Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
-2+ years of sales experience, preferably in ready-mix concrete or construction materials.
-Strong communication and negotiation skills.
-Valid driver's license preferred.
