Looking for Roasting Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Roasting Assistant to join our production team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. If you have experience in food production, coffee roasting, or machine operation and are eager to learn, we would like to hear from you. The ideal candidate will assist in daily coffee roasting operations, operate roasting machines and production equipment, and monitor and record roasting parameters accurately.

Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in daily coffee roasting operations
- Operating roasting machines and production equipment
- Monitoring and recording roasting parameters accurately
- Maintaining a safe work environment and following quality, hygiene, and food safety standards

We require a high school diploma, preferably in the science stream, and a minimum of one year of experience in food manufacturing, coffee roasting, or a similar field. The successful candidate will be physically fit, able to stand for extended periods, and willing to work shifts. A salary of SAR 2,000 – 2,500 is offered, with working days from Saturday to Thursday and working hours from 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM on a shift-based system.
